Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After 24 Hours:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they:

• Are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Have a manufacturing defect or were sent incorrectly.

Exclusions:

• Items on clearance, custom-made, or personalized items are non-refundable.

Return Process

Timeframe:

• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Shipping Costs:

• For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Processing Time:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
